West Jaintia Hills District Recruitment 2020: Office of the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman District Selection Committee West Jaintia Hills District has released an employment notification for the recruitment of Sericulture Demonstrator and Gram Sevak and invited applications from permanent residents of Meghalaya

West Jaintia Hills District Recruitment 2020, Details

1. Sericulture Demonstrator (Grade-III)

• No of posts: 11
• Pay scale level 5.
• Educational Qualification: Matriculate with 15 months Certificate Course Training in Meghalaya Sericulture Training Institute, Ummulong, West Jaintia Hills District.

2. Gram Sevak

• No of posts: 4
• Pay scale level 5
• Educational Qualification: Matriculate/HSLC. Preference will be given to candidates passing out of Gram Sevaks/Gram Sevikas training at UGSTC, Upper Shillong, Capsule Training at SIRD, Nongsder, Meghalaya, or having Diploma in Rural Development from any recognized University.

3. Gram Sevak (Female) (Grade III)

• No of posts: 1
• Pay scale level 5
• Educational Qualification: Matriculate/HSLC. Preference will be given to candidates passing out of Gram Sevaks/Gram Sevikas training at UGSTC, Upper Shillong, Capsule Training at SIRD, Nongsder, Meghalaya, or having Diploma in Rural Development from any recognized University.

Age: 18-27 years as of 01.01.2020. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5(five) years in the case of SC/ST candidates and other backward classes.

Application Fee: Rs. 100.00 (Rs. 50.00 for SC/ST). Candidates who wish to apply may pay the application fees using any one of the following modes of payment only:
(a) Debit cum ATM Cards/ Credit Cards/ Net Banking.
(b) e-Challan (Cash Payment at any branch of SBI)

How to Apply: Candidates are required to register themselves with District Selection Committee, West Jaintia Hills District, Jowai through the website https://westjaintiahills.gov.in/service/district-selection-committee/ using a valid email ID.

A Unique 16 character application code will be generated for each of the post applied
