Pay Scale: (PB-2) 14000/- to 60500/-+ GP 6200/-

Eligibility Criteria

a) Educational Qualification: 

Graduate from a recognized  university or any examination equivalent by the Government + Diploma in Computer skills for handling data and text on computer typing on both English and Assamese

b) Age: Candidates must not be less than 18 Years or not more than 38 years of age as on 01.01.2021. The upper age limit is relaxable in case of SC/ST & other candidates as per Govt. Norms.

Candidates have to apply in the Standard Form of application as published in Part IX of Assam Gazette and the application must be submitted with self-attested copies of the following documents/testimonials

a) Self-attested copies of all certificates & Mark sheets in support of Educational & other Qualification, Diploma in Computer, Age, Caste, etc.

b) 02 (Two)  recent passport size photographs signed and dated by the candidates on the reverse side

c) Self-attested copy of valid Employment Registration Certificate

d) 01 (One) a self addressed envelope ( 5 cm X 11 cm ) affixing a postal stamp of Rs. 5/-

Candidates who are already employed should apply through proper channel

The Envelope containing the application form should be clearly superscribed as “Application for the Post of Junior Assistant” with Category ST(P)/SC/UR” whichever applicable
