 1. Storekeeper

• No of Vacancy: 01 [UR]
• Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7400/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

2. Storekeeper cum artificer

• No of Vacancy: 01 [UR]
• Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5600/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

3. Stenographer

• No of Vacancy: 01 [UR]
• Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7400/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

4. Tracer

• No of Vacancy: 03 [UR: 2, OBC/MOBC: 1]
• Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7400/- and other allowances as admissible under the rules.

DGM Assam Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria

a) Age: Candidate’s age must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st January of 2021.

Upper age is relaxable as given below: 

• 5 years for SC, ST
• 3 years for OBC/ MOBC.

b) Educational Qualification: 

1. Storekeeper: Graduate from any stream Science/Arts/Commerce from a recognized university
2. Storekeeper cum artificer: HSSLC Passed certificate or equivalent
3. Stenographer: Graduate from any stream Science/Arts/Commerce from a recognized university with Stenography certificate from a recognized institution
4. Tracer: HSLC passed

Interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications offline through Standard Form. The application must be accompanied by following

*Self-attested copies of all certificates/mar ksheet in support of educational qualification along with age, caste certificate and valid Employment Exchange Registration Card

*Two copies of recent passport sized photographs duly signed by the candidates indicating the full name on the backside

*The declaration form A as the Assam Public Service (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct recruitment) rules 2019
