Grade – III

1. Accountant

• No of Vacancy: 1
• Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-Rs. 49,000/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 8000/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

2. LDA cum Housekeeper

• No of Vacancy: 1
• Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-Rs. 49,000/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 6200/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

3. LDA/ Junior Assistant

• No of Vacancy: 2
• Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-Rs. 49,000/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 6200/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

4. Receptionist cum LDA

• No of Vacancy: 3
• Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-Rs. 49,000/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 6200/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

5. Driver

• No of Vacancy: 1
• Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-Rs. 49,000/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 5200/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

Grade IV

1.  Room Bearer

• No of Vacancy: 3
• Pay Scale: Rs.12,000-Rs. 37,500/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 3900/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

2. Peon

• No of Vacancy: 2
• Pay Scale: Rs.12,000-Rs. 37,500/- PM + Grade Pay Rs. 3900/- p.m plus other allowances as admissible

Eligibility Criteria for Assam Bhawan Mumbai Vacancy

Age: The candidates must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2020. The upper age limit relaxation is as follows:
(a) 5 years for SC/ ST candidates.
(b) 3 years for OBC/ MOBC candidates.
(c) 2 years for Ex-servicemen.
(d) 10 years for PWD candidates.

Grade III Post/s: The applicants must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University and must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute.

Driver Post: The applicant shall have the minimum academic qualification of HSLC pass and a driving license from a recognized authority. Applicant shall have to qualify in a written test and driving test as prescribed in these rules.

Grade IV Post/s: The applicant shall have the minimum academic qualification of HSLC pass. Applicant shall have to qualify in a skill turnout and presentation.

Selection Procedure for Assam Bhawan Mumbai Vacancy

Grade III Post/s:

1. Objective type Written Test
2. Language Skills Test
3. Computer Test (Practical)

Grade IV Post (Driver):  Phase I: Written Test on Driving Knowledge on Traffic Rules and Traffic Signals

Phase II: Driving Skill Test

Grade-IV Posts: The candidates shall have to qualify in Skill Turnout and Presentation. (As per requirement of Assam Bhawan)
